First Steps, the ministry to families of babies- 4 year-olds, partners with families to develop kids who: know who God is and have a relationship with Him, love God and love other people, and tell others about Jesus. We provide Christ-centered biblical teaching to equip kids and their families.
First Steps is committed to equipping families through activities including: Sunday School, Nursery, Music, and Missions. We provide a safe environment where all volunteers go through a background check and kids are released only to adults with the matching security sticker.
Sunday Mornings
Children are divided into 3 classrooms based on their age & development.
Nursery A- infants to crawlers
Nursery B- walkers-2.5 years
Nursery C- 2.5 years and up
Children who are currently in K4 are invited to join the First Kids Department for Sunday School and Kids’ Worship.
Nursery opens at 9:00 and extends through the 10:30 worship service.
Wednesday Nights- 5:45-7:00
Nursery A- Infants to 23 months
Nurseries D & E- 2 years to 4 years (turns 4 after September 1) Music and Missions
Lil’ Singers Preschool Choir meets each Wednesday from 5:45-6:30. Kids play musical instruments, sing, and have tons of fun.
Mission Friends meet each Wednesday from 6:30-7:00. Kids learn about God, serving others, and missionaries serving all over the world.
All kids can be picked up from their classroom at 7:00 PM.

Nursing Mothers Room
There is a private room a the end of the nursery across from Nursery F for privacy while feeding your child.
