Mission

First Baptist Church Gadsden exists for the glory of God through worshiping the risen Christ in Spirit and in truth, through living as a Biblically shaped community of disciples, and through proclaiming the Gospel so that others might worship Him.

Five Foundations

Believe

Faith in God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed in Scripture is the foundation of all we do as a church!

Worship

Worship is not about style but substance. We gather weekly to worship the risen Christ in Spirit and in truth.

Love

God’s Love for His Church prompts us to love His church. Love is an essential characteristic for the church of Jesus Christ.

Disciple

All that we do as the people of God should be shaped by the biblical call to discipleship.

Reach

We have been given the amazing privilege of proclaiming the Gospel of Christ to a lost world. We must be faithful to the Great Commission.
